When you submit the consultation form, we collect the personal data you provide: full name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, selected service, and your message. We also automatically record technical data (IP address, browser user-agent) and the time of submission.
2. Why we use it
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, provide the requested consultation, and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a service agreement.
4. Sharing and transfers
Form submissions are delivered to our team through the Telegram messaging service and may be stored in our secured database. Contact you initiate via WhatsApp is processed by Meta Platforms. These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We do not otherwise disclose your data to third parties except where required by UAE law.
5. Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet legal or regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights

7. Cookies, analytics and local storage
This website uses Yandex Metrica to understand how visitors use the site — including anonymised session recordings (Webvisor), click and scroll maps. Yandex Metrica sets its own cookies and processes this data on our behalf to help us improve the website. We do not use advertising cookies. Your language preference is stored in your browser's local storage for convenience. Embedded Google Maps may set its own cookies.
